Our multi-million-dollar redevelopment represents a decisive investment in raising the standard of Dunedin accommodation for today’s travellers.
Our renovation brings fully refurbished motel rooms, upgraded bathrooms and kitchens, new flooring and furnishings, better insulation and energy-efficient heating, plus redesigned communal spaces, along with smart TVs, faster free WiFi and streamlined mobile check-in for an effortless stay.

MYHUB Holiday Parks is building a new generation of modern holiday parks and accommodation across New Zealand. Our first destination, MYHUB Dunedin, sets the benchmark by combining quality accommodation, upgraded facilities, smart technology and a welcoming, guest-first experience.
Our vision is to create a trusted network of premium holiday parks in New Zealand for families, couples, business travellers, groups and campervan guests. Looking ahead, MYHUB is exploring opportunities to add new holiday parks in Rotorua, Hokitika and Christchurch during 2026 and 2027. These proposed locations would expand the MYHUB experience across both the North and South Islands, giving guests more places to stay while travelling throughout New Zealand.
